Metalworking

The Dosatron is used in many different applications in the metalworking sector, including coolant mixing (both initial fill & top up), injection of die release agents, degreasing, bactericide dosing, and so on. Since it responds directly to the volume of water passing through it, proportionality of dose rate is maintained irrespective of fluctuations in water flow rate & pressure.

We offer Dosatron models developed specifically for coolant mixing in particular, augmented by a comprehensive range of other models offering dose rate capabilities from as low as 0.03% (1 part product to 3,000 parts water) all the way up to 25% (1 part product to 4 parts water).
