Fertilisers, Nutrients & Supplements

Dosatron Greenline models have been developed specifically for use with liquid & soluble fertilisers, nutrients & supplements in a wide variety of installations & configurations (including living walls & green roofs). With water flow rate capacities from 10 litres per hour to 30m³/hr, the Greenline range is the industry gold standard offering excellent quality and reliable, accurate & consistent dosing of nutrients to support healthy plants, blooms, fruits & crops.

Install Dosatron Greenline units in parallel for higher water flows or in series for dosing multiple nutrients & other additives (please make sure additives are non-reactive & compatible with each other before mixing).

pH Adjustment, Acidification & Water Conditioners

Optimal soil pH is essential to ensure the availability & uptake of nutrients, while pH of irrigation water needs to be controlled to maximise the efficacy of fertilisers & supplements and also to prevent precipitation of solids which can clog the irrigation system. Specific Dosatron models are ideal for dosing nitric, phosphoric & other acids which are commonly utilised to lower pH.

As well as lowering water pH, water conditioners will also reduce the negative effects which dissolved minerals in hard can have on the efficacy of herbicides & other agrochemicals. The Dosatron allows for conditioners to be conveniently dosed into hard water on demand and with a high degree of accuracy.

Hydroponics

In hydroponics, the root system is in direct contact with a nutrient rich aqueous solution which encourages healthy crop / plant growth. The composition of this solution is critical to achieve optimum results.

Dosatron water powered injectors will accurately & consistently dose nutrients & associated products into your water supply and, when installed in series, can be used to reliably blend specific recipes to help ensure the best possible crop performance. Beneficial Nematodes

There are many species of nematode, but all are naturally occurring microscopic worms which actively search for & devour their prey. Beneficial nematodes are available for the biological control of specific pests including slugs, weevils, grubs & insect larvae. These are normally supplied in packs for mixing with water to make initial stock solutions.

When used in accordance with suppliers’ recommendations, the Dosatron will accurately & consistently dose the stock solution into water as it is applied to the area being treated. This helps ensure uniform nematode distribution.
